Mysore

AstaYoga offers a Mysore program with Sidney Huang. This program operates independently. Class times will appear on the Mindbody schedule, but booking is not available through Mindbody. Participation in the Mysore program is not included with AstaYoga membership. Payment information is available through the link below. 

Prices and Payments

New Students

  • If you're comfortable practicing the primary series on your own already, please feel welcome to join us as a drop-in or intermittently.

  • Otherwise, if you're new to the Mysore practice, even if you have lots of experience practicing in a group, we ask that you commit to regular practice by signing up for our monthly rate and committing to practicing at least 3 times a week.

  • You are welcome to email Sidney in advance or if you have any questions, or you can just sign up, show up, and ring the doorbell.

Visitors Welcome!

  • Visitors should have an established Ashtanga self-practice. In other words, they should be able to practice from the primary series on their own with minimal assistance.

  • Our intention for visiting students is to provide a supportive space and community for your existing practice; visitors should not expect too much instruction or assistance until a student-teacher relationship is established, although we do try to be helpful!
